Bagpipe / Epic
Torvald is a real character from Norway — raised among deep fjords, rough weather and long winters in which music brought the warmth. Early on he discovered an unusual passion that would shape his life: the bagpipes. While other kids played football, he squeezed the first raspy notes out of the instrument of his ancestors — and never let it go again.
At 36, Torvald is a force of nature on stage. He fuses the ancient, piercing sound of the bagpipes with driving modern beats — a blend of Nordic folklore and pure energy that lets no one stand still. For him there are no limits: no genre too foreign, no crescendo too big, no show too wild.
When Torvald steps on stage, it trembles. His playing is raw, powerful and full of pathos — a viking heart hammering through every melody. Live, he turns whole halls into roaring seas, and yet in the end there is always that one clear note floating above it all, like a call from the mountains.
