Malich isn't a newcomer who stumbled onto a sound by chance — Malich is someone who never let go of music. It all started in Munich: first behind the decks as a DJ, then in the studio, where a few nights on the side eventually became the job. Producer, songwriter, engineer — over the years he refined countless songs, worked with well-known artists and learned what separates a good track from a song that truly stays.
At some point he deliberately turned his back on the big music industry. Too loud, too controlled by others, too little room for his own vision. But the music never disappeared — it kept running, quieter, in a small home studio, out of pure love for the craft. That is exactly where Malich feels at home today: free of the pressure, with the single goal of making songs that feel right.
His sound is modern pop with an electronic heartbeat — catchy melodies, warm synths and hooks that stick. Sometimes tender, sometimes driving, always close to the emotion. Malich blends the craft of over two decades of studio experience with a sound that feels like now: pop and electro-pop for the moment you simply have to move.
